1. Who We Are

5908 Pillar is the CRM and marketing division of R. Construction Solutions. We are a reseller and implementation partner for the GoHighLevel CRM platform, specializing in construction-industry CRM customization, setup, automation, and ongoing support.

2.1 Information You Provide

When you contact us, request a demo, sign up for a subscription, or otherwise interact with our Site or Services, you may provide:

- Payment information (processed by our payment processor and by GoHighLevel)

- Subscription preferences and add-on selections

This information is owned and controlled by you (as the CRM account holder) and is processed on the underlying GoHighLevel platform. See Section 5 below for the full subprocessor relationship.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 CRM Services Operations

- Provide CRM platform access via our reseller relationship with GoHighLevel

- Customize the CRM to your specific construction workflow

- Set up integrations with construction tools (ProCore, BuilderTrend, and others)

- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support

- Troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and provide system improvements

- Bill for subscription, setup, and add-on services

3.2 Business Operations

- Respond to demo requests and inquiries

- Schedule discovery calls and demos

- Send account, billing, and service communications

- Process payments

- Improve our Site and Services

- Comply with legal obligations

- Prevent fraud and abuse

3.3 Marketing (with consent)

- Send promotional emails or SMS messages to individuals who have opted in

- Retarget visitors through advertising platforms

4.1 Service Providers

- GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) — the underlying SaaS CRM platform we resell, also our marketing automation, website hosting, form processing, and SMS/email delivery

- Stripe (via our GoHighLevel SaaS integration) — payment processing

- Twilio (via our GoHighLevel integration) — SMS and voice communications infrastructure

4.2 Legal Compliance and Safety

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.

4.3 Business Transfers

If 5908 Pillar or R. Construction Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4.5 We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or your customers' personal information in exchange for money.

5. SaaS Reseller Relationship and Your Customer Data

This section is important if you are a CRM client (a contractor, supplier, or consultant using the CRM we have set up for you).

5.1 Roles

- You (the CRM account holder): Controller of the customer, lead, and contact data you upload to or generate in the CRM. You decide what goes in, who has access, and how it's used.

- 5908 Pillar (R. Construction Solutions): Reseller and implementation partner. We provide setup, customization, support, and administration assistance. We act as a service provider to you, not as a controller of your customer data.

- GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.): Underlying SaaS platform provider. They host and process the data on the platform. Their privacy practices apply to the underlying platform processing.

5.2 Admin Access

To provide setup, customization, and support, 5908 Pillar may have administrative access to your CRM account. We use this access only to:

- Configure and customize your CRM to your specifications

- Troubleshoot technical issues you have reported

- Build automations and integrations you have requested

- Provide training and demonstrations

- Migrate data at your request

- Respond to support tickets

We do not use your customer data, lead lists, or business communications for our own marketing or business purposes. We do not share your customer data with other 5908 Pillar clients.

5.3 GoHighLevel's Privacy Practices

Because GoHighLevel is the underlying SaaS provider, their privacy policy and terms apply to the processing of data on the platform. You can review GoHighLevel's privacy policy at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy. We recommend you review their terms before subscribing.

5.4 Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

If your business is subject to GDPR, CCPA Service Provider requirements, HIPAA, or other regulatory frameworks that require a formal Data Processing Agreement, please contact us at [email protected] to request a DPA covering our portion of the data processing relationship.
